In January 2024, the Seelinger Arts Foundation was formally recognised as an accredited charitable institution by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. Every donation made to the Foundation is now tax-deductible in Hong Kong.
What the accreditation changes
Recognition by the Inland Revenue Department is not a formality. It confirms that the Foundation’s work meets the standards required of a charitable institution in Hong Kong, and it means your support now carries a financial benefit alongside its cultural one.
Where the money goes
The Foundation has no management salaries and no advertising costs. Its board works on a voluntary basis. Donations fund artistic cooperation between France and Hong Kong, support for local artists through coaching, workshops and performance opportunities, and contributions to charitable causes such as Po Leung Kuk, which supports orphans and women in need in Hong Kong.

Donations can be made directly through the Donate page of this website, by PayMe or by bank transfer. Every contribution, whatever its size, goes to a project.
